There are various builders at Vista Ridge, and we visited them all. Another builder could easily have won our business had they followed up as Mishel Williams did. She took initiative in providing us with information about the models and the community. She responded quickly to our questions and requests for information and was available. She acted on special requests, and could speak with authority from experience. While we can't say enough good things about Mishel, the Woodcrest staff at the other communities were also impressive; we visited them when looking at the model homes and found them to be friendly and helpful.
