GAS CARD GIVEAWAY
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN THIS DRAWING.
The "Woodcrest Homes Gas Card Giveaway" is sponsored by Woodcrest Homes, Inc., 9351 Grant Street, Suite 250, Thornton, CO 80229.
To enter, you must be 21 or over and a resident of Colorado, and you must visit the sales office at The Legends at Vista Ridge, North Creek Farms or Independence Ridge in Erie, Thornton, or Arvada, Colorado, between July 5th through December 31st, 2008, during the posted sales office hours, complete a registration card, and give to a Woodcrest Homes Sales Representative.
Employees of Woodcrest Homes, Inc., and their immediate families, may not enter.
Odds of winning depend on number of entries; void where prohibited by law.
One entry per household. One winner per household. Need not be present to win.
CONSUMER DISCLOSURE - Prizes are as follows:
First prize: Gas Card/s with a retail value of $500.

One Winner will be announced each month. Each registrant may only register/enter once. Gift is non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Gift donor is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
Winners will be selected by random drawing on the following dates: August 5, 2008, September 2, 2008,
October 7, 2008, November 4, 2008, December 2, 2008 and January 6, 2009 from entries submitted between the
1st and last day of each month, and will be notified by e-mail (or, absent an e-mail address, then by telephone)
within 7 days after the drawing.
If a prize remains unclaimed 30 days after its winner was selected, it may be awarded by Woodcrest Homes, Inc. to another entry selected by random drawing.
Winners are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes.
Woodcrest Homes, Inc. is not responsible for any claim arising from the use of, or dissatisfaction with any prize.
Woodcrest Homes, Inc. disclaims any express or implied warranties regarding the prizes.
